Booth Rates
| A 50% deposit is required to reserve booth space. Final booth payment is due by April 15, 2026. |
What's included with your booth?
Booth fees do not include access to convention events, such as receptions, education or tours. Exhibitors are encouraged to register for the Convention Pass at a discounted rate.

Book Hotel Stay: Book your stay at RCI's official conference hotel, The Westin Indianapolis, for the best rates and a comfortable experience.
